These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you place an order.

1. About us

This website is operated by Arctic Elegance, Beltmolen 10, 6003 BW Weert, the Netherlands. You can contact us at orbonecommerce@gmail.com or through our contact page.

2. Your order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If that happens, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and typical delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Returns and cancellations

You can return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This includes, and extends, your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.

6. Faulty items

If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under applicable consumer law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

7. Product information

We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and the measurements in our size guide are approximate.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Your privacy

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in the UK or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
