Shipping policy
Delivery to the United Kingdom
Delivery is free on every order shipped to the UK. All prices for UK customers are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
Most orders to the UK arrive within 7 to 14 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery to other countries
- Netherlands: €6.95, free on orders of €55 or more
- European Union: €12.95
- Rest of the world (where available): €19.95
The delivery cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
Order processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email straight after you order, and a second email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it. If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and send us a photo so we can sort it out.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order has been dispatched.
